Abstract

This work seeks to understand and explain the link between the organizational climate and the work and commitment of the agents of the Human Resources Department (DRH) of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs (DRH MSAS).

To carry out this work, we resorted to the interpretivist postulate according to a qualitative approach. To do this, we administered a semi-directive interview guide to 4 executives, 5 agents and 2 technical support staff (PAT). We then processed the data by thematic content analysis according to the Paillé (2021) and Bardin (2013) approach.

90% of our proposals have been answered. At the end of the data analyses, the organizational climate at the HRD MSAS influences, negatively, the commitment to work. The results show that the staff of the HRD MSAS shows a sentimental attachment to work in an unfavorable organizational climate characterized mainly by a lack of materials and a work environment of mistrust.
