There is therefore a poor knowledge of the role of each, the weight of hierarchical bureaucracy, withholding of information, excessive centralization, etc. All these evils negatively impact the life of the organization. If the theme of well-being and motivation at work does not seem to have preoccupied managers for a long time, it is now taken very seriously. Vector of explanation, of lighting, of visibility of the options taken by the company or the organization, the communication is a fundamental element of regulation of the relations within the company or the organization.
