Abstract

The Moroccan state policy in terms of business support offer, give more and more remarkable results, in fact, we conclude that during these last years, Morocco runs several support programs and put at the disposal of young entrepreneur’s multiple support structure.
The question of the efficiency of these support systems for project creation has begun to attract interest in recent years for researchers in the field. Our literature review is based on a conceptual analysis of the entrepreneurial phenomenon as well as on the effectiveness related to this phenomenon based on the model of the evaluative theoretical approach (Albert & Gaynor, 2001) and of (Hackett &Dilts, 2004). Based on a methodological linked to a qualitative study (case study).
The main goal of this exploratory research is to closely evaluate the persuasion of the effectiveness of business incubators, including their offer in terms of support and business creation support for entrepreneurs, through semi-structured interview we addressed to the incubated entrepreneurs at TECKNOPARK (Tangier, Casablanca and Rabat).
Our sample consists of 09 interviewees, as part of our study, we have deduced from the census of the answers that the perception of effectiveness converges, the main results express the need for incubates to have more diversification in terms of support, to take into consideration the factor of diversity in terms of the need for each, the relation aspect as well as the quality of support services is still a component that lacks elements impacting their performance. Among the difficulties of the study that we have faced is the fear of the interviewees to divulge their answers. In fact, we made sure to assure the interviewees of the confidential aspect of the interview. Despite this, we found ourselves faced with refusals to interview, added to this, the refusal of face to face interview due to the sanitary situation.
