Abstract

To keep pace with the digital age and new technologies, companies are investing more and more in employee training. Since innovation is the key to standing out from competitors and improving performance, e-learning has emerged as a solution that reconciles work and learning. The use of e-learning by companies enables employees to acquire a wide range of knowledge.

Considering many studies, it would be important to take an interest in the organizational behavior of the various company players when faced with the integration of e-learning. Moreover, e-learning is at the heart of the debate on how to set up an organization that creates and learns through new technologies.
