With the rise of digital technologies, companies have access to innovative tools to enhance their CSR initiatives and maximize their social and environmental impact. This article analyzes, based on a sample of 50 companies from the Oriental region, how digitalization can improve the efficiency of CSR initiatives, foster better communication and transparency with stakeholders, and strengthen companies' positive environmental impact. The adopted methodology combines descriptive statistical techniques and correlation analysis to evaluate the relationship between digital tools and CSR performance.
