Abstract

In a global context where organizations are confronted with a dynamic and complex environment, crisis management has become a crucial priority. Indeed, organizations are increasingly faced with unpredictable factors such as economic and health crises, natural disasters, rapid technological change and other disruptions. From this perspective, quality of working life (QWL) is emerging as a key factor influencing an organization's ability to build resilience in the face of crisis.

The aim of this article is to demonstrate, through a narrative literature review analysis, the role of QWL in promoting organizational resilience. Our present work will enable us to find out how favorable working conditions combined with employee well-being can contribute significantly to mitigating the negative impacts of crises, thereby strengthening organizational resilience.

Key words: Quality of working life, organizational resilience, working conditions, well-being at work, crises.
